💌 Return, Replacement & Lost Package Policy
At Veil'Da Beauty, each order is prepared with love, detail, and a touch of pink magic ✨. We want your experience to be as special as you are, so here’s our clear, caring, and firm policy on returns, replacements, and shipping issues.
🚫 We do NOT accept returns or exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order has shipped. Our products (like glosses and lip items) cannot be resold or reused.
All sales are final.
We also do not accept returns due to a change of mind, color not matching your screen, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions 💌.
💔 Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders
If your product arrives damaged, wrong, or missing items, we’ll take full responsibility with love 💕
We offer replacements for the following:
- Factory-damaged products (leaking gloss, broken packaging, etc.)
- Incorrect item sent
- Incomplete orders (missing product)
Please email us within 3 business days of delivery at team@veildabeauty.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product unopened and unused
- A photo of the shipping envelope or box
- Short description of the issue
Our team will review your request with kindness and care. If confirmed, we’ll send you:
- A replacement at no extra cost, OR
- A coupon for your next order (depending on the case)
If the damage was caused by customer misuse, or the item was opened or used, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
In cases where the mistake was ours, Veil’Da Beauty covers shipping costs.
📦 Lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages
Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Veil'Da Beauty is no longer responsible for lost or stolen orders.
If you cannot find your package:
- Check with neighbors, family, or anyone who might have received it
- Visit or call your local post office
- Double-check your tracking link
- Contact the shipping company directly
🔍 How to know your carrier
You’ll find the shipping company (USPS, UPS, etc.) and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can also use our “Track Your Order” section on the website using your email and order number.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

We respond to all support emails within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri). We’re here to help you with love and transparency 💌
💫 Final notes
- No refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with color
- Replacements only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders caused by our error
- If we made a mistake, we’ll cover shipping
- If the product was used or mishandled, we cannot offer support
